During my 34 years in the travel industry, I have had many pleasant and unfortunate experiences whilst travelling whether by air, road, sea locally or internationally from one destination to another. Throughout these 3 decades, I have been given the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, seeing and learning the different cultures of different countries.

Whilst I must admit that the Travel Industry offers many opportunities in a variety of aspects, this industry also has its setback and can be easily affected adversely by many factors such as the economic recession, natural disasters like earthquake, flood, tsunami and epidemic like SARS, bird flu and terrorism. These unpredictable events can bring about the downfall of organizations which lack the stability and financial strength to upkeep its business.
